The staff at Complete Care at Monmouth has been wonderful, especially through the pandemic. My mother was admitted just weeks before for physical therapy, and I was very torn about bringing her home when the lockdown started. I felt that she would be safer there than home considering we were still working. I’m happy to say that it was the best decision I could have made. She has received excellent care from all the staff. The facility has a positive upbeat feeling which I think helped all the residents get through the toughest of times. I was able to FaceTime with my Mom with the help of the recreation staff whenever I wanted. Again, I can’t say enough about the facility or the staff. They are 5 stars.

Fortunately for me, I ended up going to this facility and stayed for almost 1 year. I was sent to Complete Care at Monmouth after I was in the hospital and needed therapy. I can walk again using only a rolling walker! I am happy to say goodbye the wheelchair I was using in the hospital. The staff here are the real heroes of this world, I have never met a more hard working staff, not in the hospital or anywhere. The administrator visited me in my room to make sure I was happy with my meals and therapy. The social worker helped me with the medicaid process. The nurses and aides tended to my every need. The people working at Monmouth treated me with respect and kindness. When my family called to ask questions, some of my family members don’t speak English, but they got a translator on the phone to explain things to my family. This gave me great comfort. A beautiful place with beautiful people. Thanks for everything!

This place helped me in ways I cannot even explain. I was just recently dealing with a major health scare that left me in the hospital and unable to walk. They sent me to Complete Care at Monmouth and the folks there got me up and out of bed. Standing up for the first time in over a week was exhilarating. I was nervous, but the occupational therapist was right there with me holding on tight as I took my first step. The doctors in the hospital said that I would never walk the same way again, but with the help of the physical therapist, I’ve already surprised my family!
